A graduate from Myjia Youth Academy. Waimeng is a natural ball winner blessed with great vision to be able to provide a killer pass to unlock defences.
As a youngster, Waimeng was deployed as an attacking midfielder at Arrows FC where he spent his early days of his career. He impressed with his tireless display.
His career hit a relatively low point when he suffered a shocking injury which almost threatened his career. However he made a speedy recovery and has showed no signs of the career-threatening injury in his play.
In recent seasons, Waimeng has dropped from a more attacking role to a more defensive role due to his natural ball winning ability and tenacity. Waimeng also possesses the ability to score spectacular goals which he has done in the past two season.
His vast experience is important for the maturity of Myjia's youngsters.
